This special coffee is a blend of three different coffee varieties and processes- a washed Maracaturra, a honey process Pacamara, & a natural process Bourbon varietal.
The careful blending of these three leads to this super sweet medium-bodied coffee, which features flavors of chocolate, red cherry, & candied fruit, with a lush caramel base & hints of seasonal baking spices.
This blend highlights one of our long-standing personal relationships with producer-partner, Luis Alberto Balladarez, from Finca Un Regalo de Dios, which translates as ‘A Gift from God’, from his farm & mill located in the Nueva Segovia region of Nicaragua.
