Our current featured Pour Over coffee is the Ecuador Cup of Excellence (COE) coffee, harvested from high up in the Andes mountain range.
Carrboro Coffee Roasters purchased this lot from the COE online auction, after having spent weeks in Ecuador cupping the Country’s finest coffees.
We are excited to share this unique coffee with you, featuring Farmer Wilmer Enrique’s high-quality process that lends this coffee flavors of sweet orange blossom and tart berry, with a milk-caramel creamy body.
Our Sparkling Cold Brews are going strong for the Summer!
We are pairing the juicy fruit and molasses notes of the Ethiopia Ardi coffee blend with the spice of ginger beer or the refreshing bubbles of sparkling soda.
Either option will add a refreshing edge to our cold brew!

It’s perfect for those cold and dreary days when you want some delicious coffee and pastries to-go, without having to wait outside for your treats!
Simply place your order online or on our Toast Takeout App and your order will be ready in about 15 minutes.
Make your way over to us (mask on, of course) and start walking toward the front entrance walkway. You will see a sign directing you to veer off to the left before the porch, and walk around the Caffe to the back patio to pick up your online order. There you will find your order ready and waiting for you on our covered takeout table

Just choose “curbside delivery” at checkout and call us when you arrive – we’ll bring your order right out to you!
