Q: What charity are you choosing to donate proceeds of your drink to this month and why?
A: 10% of the proceeds will be going to the Orange County Rape Crisis Center. I have been fortunate enough to know several of the people who work there, and I am very appreciative of the work they do and what they do for the community. They’re a wonderful organization, and a great place for resources if you or anyone you know could use them.

A: I’m currently switching between Books of Blood by Clive Barker, Brief Answers to Big Questions by Stephen Hawking, and Winnie the Pooh by A.A. Milne

A: I love our coffees that are honey-processed, I think it makes for a particularly delicious and smooth cup of coffee and has reinvigorated my fondness for black coffee. I also really enjoy Ignacio “Nacho” Gutierez’s El Barrancon because it’s tasty and I can tell people, “No, it’s NACHO coffee” and then giggle. Also, the Moonset Dwarf Geisha is amazing. I mean, come on, it’s grown by moonlight, how can it not be magical.
